The Archive guarantees the authenticity of works on the market by offering expertise, archival registration and the issue of individual, non-reproducible certificates of authenticity.

It also safeguards the artistic legacy of the artist by taking measures, including legal action where necessary, to impede the dissemination and circulation of fakes and any other illicit activities.

The Archive is the sole authority legally entitled to certify the authenticity of works by Emilio Isgrò.

The Archive’s principal objective is the fully researched, systematic cataloguing of the entire output of the artist, with a view to publication of a catalogue raisonné.

The Archive will work collaboratively with museums, cultural institutions, private galleries, collectors and scholars to gather information and documentation on the artist and his work; it will also offer appraisal and lending services for works,  as well as promoting research into and knowledge of the art of Emilio Isgrò.
